【摘要】 农药作为重要的农业生产资料 ,在提高我国农业生产率 ,减少由于病虫传播而造成的损失方面做出了巨大的贡献。但农药作为有毒化学品 ,也给生态、环境与人类健康带来了巨大的负效应。在简要阐述农药使用中的负外部性的基础上 ,分析了我国农药需求量持续增长的原因 ,并对政府应如何确保农药的合理使用提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important agricultural production material, the pesticides benefit a lot in increasing the agricultural productivity and avoiding the sickness and death resulted from the diffuse of insects. But as the toxic chemical product, the pesticides also bring the negative externalities to ecology, environment and human’s health. On the basis of expounding the negative externalities of pesticide use, this paper explains the reasons why the pesticide use in our country has spread dramatically and gives the proposals of how the government intervenes in the use of pesticide.更多还原
