【摘要】 利用单因素和正交试验对虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取条件 ,即乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度及次数进行了优化 ;同时 ,比较了大孔吸附树脂吸附法与有机溶剂萃取法富集分离提取液中白藜芦醇的效果。结果表明 :以料液比 1∶2 0 ,加入浓度 80 %的乙醇 ,在 60℃下提取 5h为最佳提取条件 ;采用大孔吸附树脂吸附法富集分离白藜芦醇 ,产品收率和纯度均高于常用的有机溶剂萃取法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extracting technology of resveratrol was discussed with the orthogonal and mono-factor design. The optimal conditions were obtained by studying the effects of ethanol concentration, feedstock ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times on extraction rate of resveratrol. The method of macroporous resin adsorption and organic solvent extraction were used to separate resveratrol.更多还原
