【摘要】 文化负载词是指标志某种文化中特有事物的词组和习语。由于中西传统文化的巨大差异,在翻译文化负载词时,译者很难找到完全对等的表达;本文通过对《儒林外史》的翻译的探讨,总结出其规律性翻译途径:即采用语义翻译+解释,交际翻译,交际翻译+脚注,源语词汇的义素拆分以及意象的转换等方法来实现跨文化翻译的最佳目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The culture-loaded words refer to the expressions and idioms that have a typical meaning in a certain culture. Due to the large differences between English and Chinese traditional culture ,it is especially difficult for a translator to achieve complete equivalence at the rank of word; this paper draws a regular approach to translating culture-loaded words after carefully analyzing the English version which is translated by YANG HSIEN-YI and GLADS YANG, which includes such methods as communicative translation,semantic translation + explanation, communicative translation + footnote, componential analysis and reducing image to sense.更多还原
