表面预处理+热洗涤法处理含油污泥的方法研究

【摘要】 铁路系统机车、车辆作业产生的污泥和油田区石油加工企业产生的含油污泥,由于长时间放置,表面已陈化成膜,直接洗涤效果不明显。故提出了先对污泥表面进行预处理,再用含表面活性剂的热碱水溶液洗涤处理方法,获得了理想的效果。根据实验,此法可将25%左右的含油土样的残留油含量降至1.2%左右,比不经预处理的土样残油率降低了28%。

【Abstract】 The paper refers to the oil lays for a long time,the parts of it has formed a kind of thin membrane on the surface of the sludge,so the washing effect by using the ordinary method is not good enough. Then this paper presents a method for treating oily sludge. First,make preprocess to the surface of the sludge,then wash the sludge with hot alkaline solution (contained surfactants). A better result has been obtained. Under the proper conditions obtained from the experiments,the attainable results of treating this oily sludge are as follows?押 a sample 25% of oil-containing simulative oily sludge can be washed down to only about 0.3% oil content. By using this washing method on the actual sample of the oily sludge,to the experiment data,the concentration of residual oil in soil may be reduced to 1.2%.Constracted to the method which don’t use preprocess the residual oil rate in the soil reduces 28%.
