β-氨基丁酸对湖北海棠防御酶系活性和超微弱发光的诱导作用
Induction of resistance and defense enzymes’ activities and ultraweak luminescence in Malus hupehensis (Pampan) Rehd.by β-aminobutyric acid
【摘要】 经1000μg/mlβ-氨基丁酸(-βABA)喷雾处理后,湖北海棠叶片中POD、SOD、PAL、PPO活性均升高,并在处理后第5~7天内,活性达到最高,在处理后11天内仍高于对照。-βABA处理也促进湖北海棠叶片的超微弱发光,其变化趋势与抗性酶系活性类似。
【Abstract】 It was studied that the activities of POD, SOD, PAL and PPO in Malus hupehensis (Pampan) Rehd.leaves were induced with the treatment of 1000μg/ml β-ABA.The activities of these enzymes reached the peak within 5 or 7 days after treatment, and were still higher than those of the comparison within 11 days. And the treatment of β-ABA enhanced the leaves’ultraweak luminescence, which was similar with the change of activities of the resistance and defense enzymes.
