【摘要】 作为晚清继李鸿章之后最重要、成效最卓著的洋务首领,张之洞通过多种途径聘请了众多掌握西方先进科学技术、军事、文化知识的外籍人员,进入其创办的实业、教育、军事等各领域,担任着各项事业的筹建、生产指导与人才培养的工作。他还在总结前人引进人才的经验教训基础上,建立了一套有效的聘用与监督机制,较好地消除了洋员揽权的现象。因此,其幕府中的洋员大多都能恪尽职守,在一定程度上成就了张之洞的功业,也使其经营的事业显现出更多的先进性和时代特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the most important and remarkable leader of"Westernization"group after Li Hong-zhang in late Qing,he engaged numerous foreign engineers who mastered western advanced science and technology,military,foreign cultural knowledge by many channel.They entered industrial field,educational field and military field established by Zhang Zhi-dong,prepared for the establishment of every undertaking,guided production,and train talents in the aides and staffs house of Zhang Zhi-dong.He summarized the experience and lessons of foreign talents introduction,set up a set of effective employ and supervision mechanism,dispelled the phenomenon that the foreign engineers arrogated power.So,many foreign engineers can scrupulously abide by the duty,helped Zhang Zhi-dong accomplish his exploit to a certain extent,make his exploit display more advance and era characteristics too.更多还原
