【摘要】 “华北事变”前,南京国民政府在积极“剿共”的同时,也进行了一些具体的抗战准备。这一时期的抗战准备可细分为两个阶段,每一阶段既有政治、经济、军事、外交方面的抗战准备,也有思想文化方面的抗战准备,具有韬光养晦、隐秘进行,“安内攘外”、矛盾交织,依赖外援、受制于人,全面准备、持久抗战,由虚到实等特点。这一时期的抗战准备一方面为“华北事变”后南京国民政府进行全方位的抗战准备奠定了基本的物质和精神基础,另一方面由于南京国民政府的综合国力虚弱,特别是南京国民政府的阶级本性及其执行的“攘外必先安内”的思想路线大大制约了这一时期抗战准备作用的发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 While active in attacking the Communists,the Nanjing government also made some preparations for Anti-Japanese War before the North China Autonomy Movement.These preparations could be subdivided into two stages,each of which involved ideological and cultural as well as political,economical,military and diplomatic preparations for Anti-Japanese War.These preparations laid basic material and spiritual foundations for the all-round preparations of Nanjing government for the Anti-Japanese War after the North China Autonomy Movement.However,the weak comprehensive national power of Nanjing government,its class nature and its ideological policy of "resolving the internal conflicts before resisting foreign invasion" restricted to a great extent the functions of the Anti-Japanese-War preparations in this period.更多还原
