【Abstract】 This article first presents the definition,significance,program and contents of the medium-term inspection for housing performance evaluation,and then divides the factors that affect various housing performances into 22 items and over 90 indexes according to characteristics of medium-term inspection for housing performance evaluation.Reasonable points are endowed with different factors based on their impactions to build up a complete qualitative and quantitative index system for medium-term inspection for housing performance evaluation.更多还原
