【Abstract】 A category of the component was merged which belongs to optimization design, Research of merging into mathematics model and method has been a focus of CAD research fields all the time. After analying the mathematics characteristic of merge, this text has proposed a mathematics merge model of structure component that used characteristic merged and fuzzy cluster merges of number value.
