EWEC搅拌桩试验研究

【摘要】 通过EWEC土新型搅拌桩体与水泥土搅拌桩体的对比试验,证明了搅拌桩具有较高的侧摩阻力;提出了用EWEC固化剂能使搅拌桩固结土的强度大幅度得到提高,可以替代水泥解决搅拌桩因桩身强度偏低而存在的侧摩阻力难以发挥、单桩承载力偏低的问题。验证了EWEC土搅拌桩的实用性。

【Abstract】 By way of the contrast test for the new type of the bodies of the EWEC mixing pile with the cement mixing pile.This paper has proved not only these mixing pile have higher side friction,but also the strength of the solidified soil in the mixing pile can increase by a wild margin as a result of the use of the EWEC solidifying agent.Besides,this method has solved the following problems,that is ,the use of cement can’t give full play to the side friction because of law strength of the bodies of the mixing pile and law bearing capacity of the single pile.This paper has tested and verified the practicability of the deep mixing pile of the solid-EWEC.
