反应挤出聚醚酰亚胺的工艺研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF PEI BY REACTION EXTRUSION MOLDING
【摘要】 以双酚A醚酐和4,4′二氨基二苯醚为原料,在紧密啮合型同向旋转的双螺杆挤出机中通过反应熔融挤出法制备了聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)及其玻纤增强塑料,实现了PEI及其玻纤增强塑料的连续化生产;讨论了螺杆筒体温度、螺块结构对反应挤出工艺的影响及螺杆转速与PEI特性粘度的关系;所制备的PEI及其玻纤增强塑料的性能与美国同类产品相当。
【Abstract】 Poly(ether imide)(PEI) and glass fiber reinforcing PEI were prepared from bisphenol A dianhydride and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether by reaction melting extrusion in closely intermeshing corotating twin screw extruder. The process of producing PEI and glass fiber reinforcing PEI was continous. The effects of screw barrel temperature and screw block structure on the extrusion technology, as well as the connection between screw speed and inherent viscosity of PEI were discussed. The properties of the prepared PEI and glass fiber reinforcing PEI were corresponded with those of the congener products in America.
