诱导式全电动注塑机电控系统设计

【Abstract】 An excellent inducing fully electrical injection molding machine was developed, which used the tailor made inducing motor and the effective algorithm of the process control. The working principle and main components of control system of inducing fully electrical injection molding machine were presented. The inducing fully electrical injection molding machine has unique advantages in environment protection, energy saving and performance as compared with the hydraulic injection molding machine, and it is more cheaper than the permanent magnetism fully electrical injection molding machine.
