【摘要】 介绍一种新型配方技术 ,用于户外PVC U给排水管、雨落水管及窗用型材制备 ,可显著提高户外用PVC U型材的使用寿命。在户外用PVC U型材配方中加入适量的硬脂酸铜和蜜胺 ,既可防止PVC U表面的粉化现象 ,同时又能抑制其耐热老化性能的降低。新配方PVC U具有抗氧化、抗紫外线、耐候、耐老化的优良性能 ,热稳定性好。同时探讨了硬脂酸铜和蜜胺抗粉化及热稳定的机理更多还原

【Abstract】 A new formulation technology is recommended for PVC U products such as service and drain pipes, rain pipes, window sectional materials. The useful life of these products will extend markedly. By adding appropriate copper stearated, melamine, the PVC U products have excellent properties of pulverization preventing and ageing resistance such as inoxidizable, uvioresistant, weatherproof, ageing resistant properties, and excellent heat stabilization.
