高纯BaTiO3的生产现状
Production of High Purity BaTiO3 Powders
【摘要】 介绍了国内外已产业化的、三种生产高纯BaTiO3的方法,即:固相法,草酸共沉淀法及水热合成法。重点介绍了它们的工艺流程,反应机理,研究进展,优缺点,主要厂家及其年产量。还介绍了高纯BaTiO3的主要应用领域,市场容量,价格等市场现状。随着MLCC产量的迅猛增长,水热合成法的地位,将日显重要。
【Abstract】 Presented was the production of high purity BaTiO3 pow ders for PTC thermistor,semiconductor capacitor and MLCC,including techniques(s olid state reaction,oxalate co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis and so o n,main manufacturers annual output and market（price of BaTiO3 capacity of mark et）.Research progress of preparing techniques for BaTiO3 was also evaluated.
