【摘要】 毛泽东的公正思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,无论是革命战争年代,还是社会主义建设时期都产生过重要影响。它包括对农民命运的关注,人与人之间的平等,个性解放、基本人权、政治民主,革命的功利主义,国家、社会和个人三兼顾原则和反对平均主义和两极分化以及独立自主、平等相待的国际正义原则、着眼于社会可持续发展的代际公正思想和教育平等权利,等等。认真梳理毛泽东关于社会公正的思想,总结其得失,对于确立当代中国的科学公正观,建构市场经济条件下公正合理的社会秩序有着重大的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mao Tsetung’s idea of social justice is part and parcel of Mao Tsetung Thought. It has an important effect on either the revolutionary years or socialistic construction periods. Mao Tsetung’s idea of social justice concerns the fate of farmers, interpersonal equality, emancipation of individuality, basic human rights, political democracy, revolutionary utilitarianism, equal attention given to nation, society and individuals, anti-egalitarianism and anti-polarization, independence and self-reliance, principle of treated-alike international justice, and so on and so forth. A serious and correct arrangement of Mao Tsetung’s idea of social justice and the summing-up of gains and losses hereof are significant in establishing a scientific and just philosophy and building a and just and reasonable social order under market economy.更多还原
