镁合金半固态流变压铸充型流动过程分析
Analysis for Mold Filling Process of Rheo-die-casting of Semi-solid Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 通过压铸实验分析了镁合金半固态流变压铸、液态压铸充型流动过程。结果表明,镁合金半固态流变压铸和液态压铸充型流动过程相似;相同充型条件下,半固态流变压铸卷气现象较少,压铸件质量优于液态压铸。同时,内浇道充型速度和内浇道尺寸对压铸件充填过程影响很大,合理的设置可以减少涡流和卷气,得到高质量的压铸件。
【Abstract】 The mould filling process of rheo-die-casting of semi-solid magnesium alloy has been analyzed with die-casting experiments.Results show that the filling process of rheo-die-casting of semi-solid me-tals was similar to the die-casting,but the semi-solid rheo-die casting decreased the air entrapment du-ring the mold filling process under the same condition.At the same time,gate entry velocity and gate dimension have great influence on the mold filling process,and high quality metal castings could be obtained through proper setting of these parameters.
