【Abstract】 In this paper, the component of coating of pipe model for water-cooled centrifugal cast was discussed, the principles of refractory filler and suspending agent, adhesive and dehydrating agent were put forward, the recipe of coating was formulated. No surface blowhole formed in cast pipe when the amount of gas evolution from the coating of pipe model for water-cooled centrifugal cast was less than 5.5mL/g.更多还原
