金属铸造性能远程数字化采集系统的开发
Design of Long Distance Digital Processing System of Metal Casting Properties
【摘要】 铸造性能数据的在线检测和实时处理可以对铸造合金的性能做出及时的评估,避免在生产过程中产生铸造缺陷,也可以将性能数据作为每炉材料的基本性能数据留存在档案中,为长期分析和跟踪产品质量提供基础资料,因此,在生产实践和生产管理上具有重要的意义。本文中,作者针对合金在凝固过程中的传热、自由收缩、冷裂和热裂等现象,研究了铸造性能远程数字化采集系统。该系统可以实现合金凝固过程的多路温度信号、收缩位移信号、收缩力信号的远程计算机数据采集、数据存储、数据回放及分析等。
【Abstract】 It can evaluate casting alloy properties in time that the casting properties on-line check up and the acquired data’s real time processing, and avoiding cast defects and providing basic data for the long-term analysis and the product quality tracking. It is very meaningful for the production and management. A long-distance digital processing system was developed for the test of heat transfer, free shrinkage, hot cracking and cold cracking during the casting alloys solidification. The system can carry out long-distance multiple-channel data acquisition, data storage, data recurrence and analysis of temperature, displacement and stress.
