【摘要】 目的　通过分析眼内肿瘤的临床特征、病理分类和误诊原因 ,为临床提供诊断和治疗依据。方法　对我院病理科于 1980 1～ 2 0 0 2 6期间收检的 12 9例临床诊断为眼内肿瘤的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果　经病理证实为恶性肿瘤 10 2例 ,其中视网膜母细胞瘤 64例 ,葡萄膜恶性黑色素瘤 3 6例 ,脉络膜转移性瘤 2例 ;良性肿瘤 7例 ;非肿瘤性病变 2 0例 ,误诊率为 2 0 93 % (2 7/12 9)。结论　对眼内肿瘤进行临床和病理分析 ,有助于眼科临床医师作出正确的诊断和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the clinical character,the histopathological classification and misdiagnoses of intraocular tumors.Methods We retrospectively studied the clinical and pathological data of 129 patients with intraocular tumor diagnosed clinically from Jan,1980 to Jun,2002.Results There were 102 cases of malignant tumor,including 64 cases of retinoblastoma,36 cases of melanoma and 2 cases of metastatic carcinoma of the choroids.Non-oncologic malady and benign tumor misdiagnosed as tumor or malignant tumor were 27(20 93%)of 129 cases,including 7 cases of benign tumor and 20 cases of non-oncologic malady.Conclusions The clinical and pathological analysis of intraocular tumor is beneficial to the correct clinical diagnosis and therapy.更多还原
