【摘要】 目的　分析和探讨眼结膜乳头状瘤的发病年龄、临床和病理特征、治疗方法及其疗效。方法　对 44例 47眼结膜乳头状瘤住院患者的临床和病理资料进行了分析。结果　 44例 ( 47只眼 )患者均经病理证实为结膜乳头状瘤 ,年龄 2～ 72岁 ,平均 18岁 ,其中 2～ 10岁 2 9例占 65 9%。术后患者随访时间 1～ 6年 ,平均随访时间 3 5年 ,无一例失访。 3 6例一次手术成功 ,无复发。复发病例共 8例 ,其中 5例复发 1次 ,两例复发 2次 ,一例复发 3次。结论　眼结膜乳头状瘤易复发。肿物切除联合冷冻或电灼是治疗眼结膜乳头状瘤的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe and analyze the clinical and pathological features and treatment of conjunctival papilloma.Methods The 44 clinical and pathological records with conjunctival papilloma were studied.Results All the patients (age range 2～72,mean age 18 years,mostly 2～10 years) were confirmed histologically of the diagnosis.All of them were followed up for average 3 5 years.36 cases were cured by primary treatment without evidence of recurrence.Only 8 patients need surgery more than one time.Conclusions Excision combined with cryopexy or/and diathermy is an effective treatment of conjunctival papilloma.更多还原
