【摘要】 目的　观察LASIK术后角膜中央岛的变化及其临床意义。方法　 61例 119只眼在LASIK术后不同时期进行角膜地形图检查 ,比较正常角膜地形图及中央岛型角膜地形图眼的视力及其变化 ,判断术后中央岛对视力的影响。结果　术后 7d、 3m有中央岛眼的术后视力明显低于无中央岛眼的术后视力 (P <0 0 1)并且中央岛不随时间而减轻或消失 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　LASIK术并发中央岛会明显影响视力并且不易消失 ,术中应尽量避免。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of central islands in human corneas in vivo after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) and its clinic importance.Methods Corneal topographys of 119 eyes were measured after LASIK in different period,compare the visual acuity of normal and central islands eyes,and the change of centra islands in different period.Results There is significant difference between visual acuity of normal eyes and that of central islands eyes in postoperative 7 days and 3 months(P<0.01),and central islands do not reduce or fade away following time(P>0.05).Conclusions Central island can affect visual acuity clearly,and it is difficult to fade away.更多还原
