【Abstract】 In this paper the methods of electrical cost calculation are introduced in detail. The differences in three aspects (reflecting the trend of price changing, the cost of resources and the characters of the users) between accounting cost and marginal cost electricity are told respectively. Based on these the concept of spot price is introduced and the structure of spot price is also proposed.Meanwhile comparative research between spot price and current price systems is done and the conclusion is drawn that whether in the side of supply or in the side of demand spot price is more acute than the latter.So spot price can channel investment as well as balance supply and demand effectively.更多还原
