【摘要】 目的:观察摄涕止鼽颗粒治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的疗效。方法:78例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例应用摄涕止鼽颗粒,对照组36例应用抗组胺药氯雷他定。结果:治疗组有效率为90.48%,对照组有效率为94.44%,两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);而治疗组远期疗效的有效率为84.21%,对照组的有效率为54.55%,两组远期疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:摄涕止鼽颗粒为临床治疗PAR的有效制剂,且远期疗效稳定,优于西药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Sheti Zhiqiu Granules on perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods: 78 cases of PAR were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 42 cases were treated by Sheti Zhiqiu Granules and the control group of 36 cases by antihistamin agent Loratadine.
