【摘要】 目的　观察小剂量阿司匹林 (ASA)对血浆脂蛋白 (a)Lp(a)浓度的影响。 方法　采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法分别检测了 10 1例服用ASA(10 0mg/d)前后的脑梗死患者的血浆Lp(a)浓度和 5 0例对照者服用安慰剂前后血浆Lp(a)水平。 结果　血浆Lp(a)浓度升高患者及不高者服用阿司匹林前所测Lp(a)浓度分别为 (5 34± 5 6 )mg/L和 (136± 6 8)mg/L ,Lp(a)浓度升高患者服用阿司匹林后Lp(a)浓度平均大约下降了14 % (P <0 .0 1) ,而且持续 3个月后所测Lp(a)浓度仍继续下降 ,为 (4 33± 5 8)mg/L ,而Lp(a)浓度不高者服用阿司匹林后Lp(a)浓度无明显变化。对照组中血浆Lp(a)浓度升高者及不高者服用安慰剂后血浆Lp(a)水平均无明显变化。结论　小剂量阿司匹林能有效降低Lp(a)浓度较高患者的Lp(a)水平。但对Lp(a)浓度正常患者的Lp(a)水平无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effect of low dose aspirin on the lipoprotein(a).Methods We evaluated the effect of aspirin (100 mg/d) on serum Lp(a) concentrations in 101 patients with cerebral infarction and the influence of placebo on Lp(a) in 50 controller by ELISA.Results The serum Lp(a) concentrations were (534±56)mg/L and (136±68)mg/L respectively in patients with high or normal Lp(a). Aspirin lowered serum Lp(a) concentrations to about 86% of the baseline values in patients with high Lp(a) concentrations (P< 0.01), and the tendency went on after threee month in which Lp(a) was (433±58)mg/L. However, aspirin didn’t lower serum Lp(a) concentrations in patients with normal Lp(a) concentrations. Placebo didn’t lower serum Lp(a) concentrations in contrals with both high and normal Lp(a) concentrations. Conclusions Low-dose aspirin can decrease serum Lp(a) concentrations in patients with high Lp(a) concentrations, but not in patients with normal Lp(a) concentrations.更多还原
