【摘要】 休宁倭竹 (Shibataea hispida Mc Clure)是安徽特有竹种。由于其竿形矮小 ,竹材、竹笋等利用价值较低 ,长期以来处于自生自灭状态。调查发现休宁倭竹叶片一直被牛、羊所喜食 ,经对休宁倭竹新生叶片的营养成分的测定 ,倭竹叶含水率、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、总灰分、多糖的含量分别为 5 6 .88%、2 .2 %、4 .5 4%、2 4 .6 4%、5 .99%、0 .4 11% ;每 10 0 g竹叶内含维生素 C 5 8.6 7mg、Zn 4 .90 1mg、Cr 1.94 7mg、Fe 2 3.2 37mg、Cu 2 .0 6 2 mg。结果表明 :与常见的饲用作物比 ,休宁倭竹叶的粗脂肪、维生素 C、Zn、Cr、Fe、Cu的含量比较高 ,粗纤维含量处于中等水平 ,灰分和粗蛋白质含量比较低 ,适宜作青饲料或作为牲畜的主饲料的配料。该研究旨在为休宁倭竹合理的开发、科学的保护提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shibatae hispida McClure is a provincial peculiar species in Anhui Province.The study of S. hispida is much neglected due to its short stem and the low economic values as bamboo timber and shoots. It usually grows naturally without attracting any attention. S. hispida has a good adaptative ability to grow under different conditions of soil, illumination and water content. Its leaves are the favourites of cattle and sheep. The nutrient component analysis of new leaves showed that the specimen contained 56.88 % of water, 2.2 % crude proteins, 4.54 % crude lipid, 24.64 % crude cellulose, 5.99 % ash content and 0.411 % polysaccharide. Vitamin and minerals in per 100g leave sample included 58.67 mg Vitamin C、4.901 mg Zn、1.947mg Cr、 23.237mg Fe and 2.062mg Cuper. Compared with the general feed stuff,the nutrient content of crude lipid、Vitamin C、Zn、Cr、Fe、Cu of S. hispida is higher,crude cellulose is a middle level of general feedstuff, but ash content and crude protein is lower as compared with the other forage crops. S. hispida can be either used as green feedstuff or subsidiary feed for livestock.
