【摘要】 摘要目的 探讨金匮肾气丸(简称肾气丸)不同浓度、不同时间对肾阳虚大鼠垂体促’肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)基因表达的影响。方法 造模大鼠随机分成模型组,肾气丸高、中、低剂量组,在喂药后不同时间(10、20、30天),用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测肾气丸对垂体组织ACTH基因表达的影响。结果 与模型组比较,肾气丸中、高剂量组大鼠血清ACTH水平升高(P<0.05或P>0.01)及垂体组织ACTH基因表达明显上调,差异有显著性(P<0.05);中剂量组与高、低剂量组比较明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 肾气丸能上调ACTH基因表达可能是其治疗肾阳虚的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of Jingui Shenqi pill (JGSQP) with various concentrations at different time points on pituitary adrencorticotropic hormone (ACTH) gene expression level in Shen-Yang deficiency rats. Methods The Shen-Yang deficiency rats were randomly divided into the model control group and the high, medium and low dosage of JGSQP groups. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction was used to observe the effect of JGSQP on the ACTH mRNA of pituitary tissue in rats treated at different time points (lOd, 20d, 30d). Results As compared with that in the model group, the ACTH gene expression level was significantly higher in the high dose JGSQP group (P<0.05), and the increment in the medium dosage group was significantly higher in comparing with that in the high and low dosage groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Through up-regulation on ACTH gene expression is possibly one of the mechanisms of JGSQP in treating Shen-Yang deficiency.更多还原
