【摘要】 本文研究了用矿纤(HHMF)代替部分漂白木浆,用于涂布白板纸面层的抄造。实验室试验及扩大生产试验结果表明,用HHMF代替10%-15%的木浆,同时添加1.5%阳离子助剂,生产的涂布白纸板可以提高挺度,有助于降低纸板的横幅定量差,除表面强度指标外,其它指标均达到“单面涂布白纸板”A等要求。由于矿纤价格仅为进口木浆的1/3,以之代替部分木浆有利于降低成本。并简单介绍了国外某涂布白纸板厂矿纤HHMF使用情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 mineral fiber (HHMF)was instead of LBKP to make duplex board, and 1.5% cationicassistant agent was added during the laboratory and the pilot experiments. The results are that the stiffnesswas imporved, the difference of profile basis weight was reduced. But the pick strength was not so strong.The price of the mineral fiber is about 1/3 of wood fiber, it will be good at saving the cost when using theHHMF.
