消失模用石英砂的内摩擦角与渗透系数的研究
Investigate of the Internal Friction Angle and the Permeability of Quartz Sand for EPC Process
【摘要】 研究了型砂粒度、配比对消失模用硅砂内摩擦角的影响,同时研究了通流面积与抽气面积的比值、型砂粒度、流通长度以及它们之间的交互作用对型砂渗透系数的影响。结果表明,干硅砂的内摩擦角与粒度、级配有关。10/20目干硅砂的内摩擦角比20/40目的大;当20/40目的含量在20%时内摩擦角达到最大值,随后内摩擦角随20/40目含量的增加而下降。显著影响型砂渗透系数的因素是通流面积与抽气面积的比值,型砂粒度以及二者之间的交互作用,其影响程度依次减小。
【Abstract】 The influence of granularity and composition of the dry-sand for EPC process on the Internal Friction Angle has been investigated, as well as ,the influence of the ratio of course area to pump area, granularity of the dry-sand, course length and their interaction on the permeability of sand.The results showed that the Internal Friction Angle of dry梥and were related to its granularity and composition.The Internal Friction Angle of dry梥and whose granularity is 10/20 mesh was bigger than that of 20/40 mesh,and The Internal Friction of the mixed sand reached the maximum when the content of the 20/40 mesh sand is 20%,whereafter it decreased along with content increasing of the 20/40 mesh.The factors that remarkably affect the permeability of sand were the ratio of course area to pump area, granularity of the dry-sand and their interaction,and their affecting degree minished in order.
