【摘要】 早期的半固态加工以触变成型为主,由于触变成型生产成本高,因此,半固态流变成型越来越受到重视,并且正作为一种主攻方向进行研究。目前,利用半固态流变成型技术已经生产出了包括钢铁材料在内的多种零件,显示出十分广阔的应用前景。本文论述了半固态流变成型要达到规模化生产,必须解决成型设备、模具材料、半固态浆料的定量浇注等工艺和技术关键问题,并针对半固态流变成型的技术关键提出了建议性对策。更多还原
