【Abstract】 The treatment with 1-MCP was related to the activity of senescent enzymes in the fruit,modifying expression of genes about horticultural products’ ripening.The effects of 1-MCP on respiration,ethylene biosynthesis after harvest,quality of horticultural products,including color,flavor,firmness,soluble solid content,titratale acidity,shelf life,and physiological diseases were also summarized.The further development and prospect in application of 1-MCP were discussed.更多还原
