D-(-)-O,O-二硬脂酰基泛酸苄酯的合成与应用研究

【摘要】 以D_(+)_泛酸钙(维生素B3)为原料通过化学修饰研制出一种水难溶型维生素B3衍生物(D_(-)_O,O_二硬脂酰基泛酸苄酯),产品小试收率为79%,含量高于97%.产品的熔点为22~28℃,常温下5h水中流失率小于1%.饲喂结果表明:饲料中添加水难溶型维生素B3可以提高牙鲆幼鱼的增重率.

【Abstract】 A new compound D-O,Obenzyldistearylpantothenate was synthesized by the reaction of calcium pantothenate with benzyl chloride and stearyl chloride. The structure of the product was identified by elemental analysis, IR and1HNMR. Stearyl chloride (0.9 mol) was added relaxedly to the solution of Dbenzylstearate (123 g, 0.4 mol) in pyridine (250 mL). The mixture was stirred for 2 h under design temperature. After evaporation of the solvent and removal of the others, D-O,Obenzyl bistearylpantothenate(358 g) was obtained. The melting point was 22~28 ℃. [α]D20=-0.2°(DMF). Elemental analysis: C, 73.91; H, 11.32; N, 1.44. Anal. Calcd.according to C59H91O7N·0.25C18H36O2: C, 74.30; H, 11.03; N, 1.53. IR: 3 330 cm-1 (w), 1 785 cm-1 (s), 1 730 cm-1 (vs), 1 670 cm-1 (m), 1 530 cm-1 (w), 1 490 cm-1 (w), 1 450 cm-1 (m), 1 220 cm-1 (vs), 720 cm-1 (s).1HNMR:δ7.46~7.11(m, 5H, ArH), 5.20~3.60(m, 7H, OCH, N—CH2—), 2.50~2.20(m, 6.5H, CH2—CO),1.50~1.10(br, 68H, —CH2—), 1.00~0.80(m, 13H, CH3). The yield of hydrophobic vitamine B3 was 79% in laboratory and was 80% in magnified experiment. The purity was over 97%. The loss rate of hydrophobic vitamine B3 was less than 1% in water within 24 h at room temperature. The feeding results showed that the product could increase the weight of leftege flounder parr.
