AB—8吸附树脂对欧李红色素的吸附和精制

【摘要】 研究了欧李红色素的精制方法.结果表明,AB—8大孔吸附树脂对欧李红色素有较强的吸附能力和反复吸附能力,用80%乙醇溶液(含0 5%盐酸)可对欧李红色素有效解吸附.精制产品为黑红色粉状晶体,回收率61 8%,色价达15 48.

【Abstract】 The purification method of red pigments from Cerasus humilis fruit was studied in this paper. The results showed that the AB—8 great pore resin had the great ability of adsorption and repeatable adsorption for red pigments from Cerasus humilis fruit, and the red pigments could be desorbed with 80% ethanol (with 0.5% HCl). The recovery rate was 61.8%. The refined product is a dark red powder, and the color value is 15.48.
