【Abstract】 Through analysis of the failure example of Cr12 steel dies,some limitations in the dies made of the Cr2 steel were found.The Cr2 steel dies quenched at 840～850 ℃ and tempered at 180～200 ℃ was processed by the surface electrical discharge strengthening technology,the failure of the steel dies could be effectively avoided and the life of the dies could be greatly improved comparing with the Cr12 steel dies.更多还原
