【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NasopharyngeaI carcinoma.NPC)患者血清endostatin水平与肿瘤进展的关系。方法 采用酶免疫吸附试验(EIA)测定15例发生转移的NPC患者、63例未转移的NPC患者及40例健康人的血清 endostatin水平。结果 转移、无转移NPC及健康人血清endostatin水平(x±s)分别为(329.9±43.2)、(295.6±50.2)和(250.9±25.4)μg／L,相互比较(F=22.7,P<0.01),其差异有非常显著性意义(均为P<0.01)。以300／μg／L为界值,血清endostatin对检测NPC远处转移的灵敏度66.7％,特异度60.3％,阳性预测值28.6％,阴性预测值88.4％。结论 NPC患者血清endostatin水平显著升高,尤其是发生远处播散时,endostatin水平检测对NPC转移有一定辅助诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of serum endostatin in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and tumor progression. Methods Serum endostatin levels were measured by enzyme immunoassay (EIA) in 15 patients with metastatic NPC, 63 patients with nonmetastatic NPC,and 40 healthy volunteers. Results The endostatin levels (x± s) were (329. 9±43. 2)μg/L for metastatic NPC, (295. 6±50. 2) μg/L for nonmetastatic NPC, and (250. 9±25. 4) μg/L for healthy subjects(F = 22. 7, P<0. 01),compared with each other group, there were significant differences in serum endostatin levels (P<0. 01). At the level of 300 μg/L, serum endostatin indicated distant dissemination of NPC with a specificity of 60. 3% , a sensitivity of 66. 7% , a positive predictive value of 28. 6% , and a negative predicive value of 88. 4%. Conclusion The levels of serum endostatin are significantly elevated in patients with NPC,especially metastatic NPC.
