【Abstract】 The locking mechanism of RD400C cold chamber die casting machine is designed. The rate of the enhanced force of the rigid mechanism is calculated. Based on analysis, the rate of the enhanced force of the elastic mechanism is analyzed. The exact locking location for 4 000 ken locking force is found by adjusting the distance between the middle plate and the end plate. By using the submodel technique, the contact stress of the pin shafts are accurately analyzed, and the stress distribution is obtained.更多还原
