RD400C冷室压铸机合模机构的设计及有限元分析
Design and Finite Element Analysis for the Locking Mechanism of RD400C Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine
【摘要】 设计了RD40 0C冷室压铸机合模机构 ,计算了刚性合模机构的增力比 ;运用ANSYS分析了弹性合模机构的增力比 ;通过调整中板与头板的距离 ,确定了 40 0 0kN合模力的锁模位置 ;运用子模型方法 ,对合模机构的铰链进行了精确的接触分析 ,得出了应力分布
【Abstract】 The locking mechanism of RD400C cold chamber die casting machine is designed. The rate of the enhanced force of the rigid mechanism is calculated. Based on analysis, the rate of the enhanced force of the elastic mechanism is analyzed. The exact locking location for 4 000 ken locking force is found by adjusting the distance between the middle plate and the end plate. By using the submodel technique, the contact stress of the pin shafts are accurately analyzed, and the stress distribution is obtained.
