【Abstract】 In accordance with material feature and real product practice, series of measures such as metal melting board, forsterite powder coatings, Mn-Fe alloy after pre-de-oxygen, de-oxygen of al alloy processes and direct or normal water-toughing treatment are taken and acceptability technical effects are achieved, consequently casting dimension precise and surface quality are highly improved, there is no casting crack and grain-size quality problem.
