用微型杯突试验法评价和估算钢的强度和塑性

【摘要】 采用一种新型在线无损检测的试验方法———微型杯突试验法研究电站锅炉管道用 9Cr 1Mo V Nb N钢的强度和塑性。结果表明 :该试验方法与常规的单轴拉伸试验之间有很好的可比性 ,并且通过微型杯突试验的结果估算 9Cr 1Mo V Nb N钢的屈服强度与抗拉强度及伸长率 ,给出相应的经验公式。同时在采用微型杯突试验法估算 9Cr 1Mo V Nb N钢的塑性时 ,首次提出断裂挠度率的概念。

【Abstract】 A new non-destructive on-line examining method, called small punch test, has been used to research the strength and plasticity of 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N steels for boiler pipeline in power station. It is showed that there is a good dependency of the test data between small punch test and standard mechanical property test, yield strength, tensile strength and percent elongation of 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N steels can be estimated by the experimental results of small punch test. Meanwhile, the corresponding experimental formula has been given. Moreover, for assessing the plasticity of steels by small punch test, the conception of percent necking deflection and percent fracture deflection have been first put forward.
