【Abstract】 The cracking usually occurs in the preparation process of a quick precision casting oxide ceramic shell. The article analyzed the expansion principle of the shell during the course of being roasted and some ways were found to avoid the shell cracking. By experimental determination and analysis of resin and shell thermal expansion character, a process was determined for the preparation of a ZrO₂ ceramic shell.更多还原
