耦合热力学计算研究多元合金的凝固界面稳定性
Research on the Solid-Liquid Interface Stability of Multicomponent Alloys with CALPHAD Method
【摘要】 耦合热力学计算技术 ,获得了在实际相图条件下多元合金凝固界面的稳定性判据。以Al 0 .3 4%Si 0 .14 %Mg合金为例 ,讨论了耦合热力学计算技术和采用二元系参数在对固液界面稳定性判断上的差别。发现在该合金中耦合热力学计算技术所获得的失稳区域要大于采用二元系参数的计算结果。通过和实验结果的对比发现 ,耦合热力学计算技术获得的实际相图条件下的固液相平衡和相图特性 ,能使对界面稳定性的判断更好的吻合于实验结果
【Abstract】 The solid-liquid interface stability criterion of multicomponent alloys was developed by using the CALPHAD method with consideration of the solute interactions. By applying the model for the Al-0.34 % (Si-0.14 %) Mg alloy, it was found that the predicted unstable region with CALPHAD method was larger than that based on the binary data. The good agreement between the calculation results and the experimental data shows that the present stability criterion based on the CALPHAD method is satisfactory for the prediction of the solid-liquid interface stability.
