铸造Al-Si合金变质剂的研究现状和发展动态
The Alterative of Research and Development of Al-Si Alloy
【摘要】 综述Al Si合金变质剂种类,比较分析各自的工艺特点、变质效果、综合成本、研究应用的最新发展动态。在分析存在问题的基础上,认为发展和研究一种绿色、长效、高品质变质剂及相关的变质处理工艺,是必要的。含铈的混合稀土是Al Si合金良好的变质剂,无渣无污染,节约能源,提高生产效率,提高合金的实收率,降低产品的综合成本,有着良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The alterative of Al-Si alloy have been reviewed. The technical characteristics of different alterative, their alterative effects, total costs and their development are compared and proposed. On the basis of analysis of exiting problems, it is thought impendent and necessary for the Al-Si alloy to develop a healthy、effective alternative with high quality as well as its related techniques. The RE, which is an alternative of Al-Si alloy, has been paid more attention to by people, the use of Ce, which is a good alternative for Al-Si alloy , has no pollution, no broken bits, So it can save energy, increase production efficiency and decrease the wastage of alloys. Therefore, it can reduce the total cost of product, and it has a good application prospect.
