强力抗磨局部复合材料制备成形一体化技术
Manufacturing and Molding Combination Technology of Composites Used in Powerful Wear-resistant Parts
【摘要】 针对常用耐磨材料在磨损工况中的损伤特点,总结用于这类工况材料应具备的微观组织及各组成相的性能特点。应用复合材料设计原理和铸造技术相结合,制备出用于磨损工况的强力抗磨局部复合材料。所研制的复合材料经实验室试验及实际运行,在磨损工况中的使用寿命成倍高于常用高铬铸铁。
【Abstract】 According to the worn characteristics of common wear-resistant material under normal condition, microstructure and metallurgical structure of this kind of materials have been summarized in detail.Combing with design mechanism and foundry technology, powerful wear-resistant parts of composites used for wearing condition have been made. Practical conditions show that the serving life of new type composites is times than that of common high chromium cast iron.
