【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来,进化经济学在经济学领域出现强劲复苏。进化经济学的不同分支有不同的开拓人和起源。当前,尽管从面上看有不少分歧,但不难预见将会最终达成一种共识。作者认为,这种共识至少包括三方面的基本内容:第一,真实现象和信息的双重存在;第二,基于总体思考的微观一宏观结构;第三,带有路径依赖特征的转型。在总结了这些基本内容之后,作者提出了三个关于进化经济学的研究日程:第一,对人为经济演化的充分运用;第二,对历史数据和专论的系统积累;第三,对演化进程治理机制的研究。第三点尤为重要,因为这关系到进化经济学是否会开启一项新的政策研究领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the mid 1980s a vital resurgence of the evolutionary direction has occurred in economics.This direction,Evolutionary Economics,has several sub-streams that have different precursors and origins respectively.At present,despite its diversified surfaces,it is not difficult to anticipate the emergence of a basic common view.According to the author it consists of the three elements:(1) dual ontology of real phenomena and information, (2) micro-macro structure based on population thinking,and (3) transformation with pathdependent traits.After summarizing these elements of the emerging core structure of Evolutionary Economics,the author proposes three research agenda for the progress of this direction:(1) full use of the artificial economic evolution,(2)systematic accumulation of historical data and monographs,and (3) governance mechanism of the evolutionary process.The third is important in particular,as it raises the question whether this direction can reveal a new horizon in policy matters or not.更多还原
