【摘要】 介绍了组合模型的柔性制造实验系统,它以"慧鱼"创意组合模型构建包括物流、加工和仓储等底层功能模块。该系统以计算机为监控部件,可实现数据的实时显示、工序的判断、资源的分配和方案的调度;以PLC为中间环节,实现设备与监控部件之间的数据联系。该系统的研制成功为学生提供了良好的柔性制造系统设计、构建和调试的实践平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an experiment system of flexible manufacturing based on combined models. The system uses the created combining model-"fischer technik" to construct the elementary modules such as logistics,machining and storage,etc. The computer of the system works as monitoring part to implement acquisition of real-timed data,judgment of working procedure,distribution of resource and project management. The PLC works as middle link to implements data communication between the equipments and the monitoring parts. The experiment system has offered a good platform for the students in design,structure and debugging of the FMS.更多还原
