逆向工程中二次曲面拟合方法的研究
Study on Algorithm of Quadric Surface Fitting in Reverse Engineering
【摘要】 数据分块和曲面拟合是逆向工程中最关键的部分。主要探讨并实现了一种新的二次曲面拟合算法 :首先用一种改进的参数化方法建立球面、圆柱面、圆锥面和圆环面的几何距离函数 ,然后用非线性最小二乘法拟合曲面。实验证明所采用的拟合方法能够有效避免奇异值问题 ,具有较好的健壮性和拟合精度较好等优点。
【Abstract】 Data segmentation and surface fitting are most key parts of reverse engineering. This paper mainly discusses and realizes a new algorithm of quadric surface fitting. Firstly we use an improved parameterization definition to construct geometric distance functions of sphere,cylinder,cone and tori surface. Secondly we give nonlinear least-squares solution by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. Our experiment proves that the fitting method described in this paper has some advantages of good robust and fitting precision. In addition it can avoid the effects of singularities.
