电解铝业无组织排放氟化物的监测方法研究

【摘要】 通过对比实验、双膜采样梯度实验,对玻璃纤维滤膜与醋酸硝酸纤维滤膜采集的氟化物进行测定,结果表明:醋酸硝酸纤维滤膜加标回收率(95%以上)高于玻璃纤维滤膜加标回收率(60%~25%),上层膜氟化物含量是下层膜氟化物含量的3~5倍,表明用醋酸硝酸纤维滤膜采集样品回收率高,效果较好,其监测结果是用玻璃纤维滤膜的2~3倍.最后指出,使用国标方法对电解铝行业无组织排放的氟化物进行监测才能保证数据的准确性、可比性.

【Abstract】 It was preliminarily introduced that the method of monitoring the fluoride of in-organizing emitting was applied into electrolyzing aluminum industry by means of the contrast and double film fluoride samples being collected with glass fiber filtration film and acetate-nitric fiber filtration film. Knowing that the rate of standard callback of acetate-nitric fiber filtration film (more than 95%) is higher than that of glass fiber filtration film (60%~25%), and the fluoride in the up-film is three to five times than the fluoride in the down-film.The resultant samples being collected with acetate-nitric fiber filtration are better than with glass fiber filtration film.It’s concluded that the method of international standard of monitoring the fluoride of in-organizing emitting applied into electrolyzing aluminum industry is accurate and produces comparable account of data.
