反式-1,2-环己二醇合成工艺中甲酸回收的研究

【摘要】 考察了操作回流比和全回流开工时间对反式-1,2-环己二醇合成工艺中甲酸回收率、回收甲酸浓度和间歇操作周期的影响,及回收甲酸对反式-1,2-环己二醇收率的影响.结果表明,一次回收的甲酸不必浓缩,可直接循环使用,不影响产品的收率;循环使用回收的甲酸需用间歇精馏方法浓缩,全回流时间为0 5h,适宜的回流比为5~6,将回收浓缩的甲酸循环使用,也不影响产品的收率.

【Abstract】 The excessive formic acid in the synthesis of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol is recycled and concentrated with batch distillation. The effect of reflux ratio and overall reflux when beginning on recycle ratio, concentration of recycling formic acid and operation period is studied, as well as the effect of recycling formic acid on product ratio of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol. The formic acid recycled firstly can be used for synthesis cyclically without concentration and has no effect on production ratio of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol. The formic acid recycled cyclically is concentrated with batch distillation in which the ratio of reflux was controlled to be between 5~6 and overall reflux time 0.5 hour. After being concentrated, the formic acid is used for synthesis cyclically as well as the fresh.
