【Abstract】 Fossilization is a universal phenomenon in SLA. This paper analyses the internal and external causes of the phenomenon of "fossilization" in English in China. It also discusses the possible cognitive methods in solving and softening the problem by way of enhancing positive transfer and reducing negative transfer, promoting the communicative function in classroom activities and strengthening the results in the better mastering and using of a foreign language.更多还原
