基于遗传算法的中厚板高密度管层流控冷模型
Cooling control model of high-density laminar jets based on genetic algorithm for steel plate
【摘要】 针对高密度管层流控冷模型中既有连续变量又有离散变量 ,且为多峰值全局优化问题的特点 ,以钢板终冷温度为目标函数 ,以钢板运行速度、集管开启组数 ,上、下集管流量为变量 ,基于遗传算法对控冷模型进行了优化。遗传算法采用二进制编码 ,比例选择、多点交叉和变异等算子 ,终冷温度的相对误差低于 5%。
【Abstract】 According to the characte ristics of high-density laminar co oling model which includes continu ous and disperse variables and mul ti-peaks values,the model was opti mized by genetic algorithm.The opt imized model takes the finishing c ooling temperature as the final fu nction,and the running speed of pl ate,the number and the flow of ope ned jets as the variable.The relat ive error of finishing cooling tem perature is less than 5% by optimi zed model.
