香薷籽油脂肪酸组成分析
Fatty acid analysis of Elsholtzia Ciliata(Thunb.) Hyland seed oil
【摘要】 为开发利用香薷籽资源 ,对香薷籽油物理化学性质和脂肪酸组成进行了分析测定。结果表明 ,香薷籽含油率为 4 2 .38% ,香薷籽油脂肪酸组成中α -亚麻酸的含量为 5 8.0 6 % ,亚油酸为 2 0 .70 % ,油酸为 11.70 % ,棕榈酸为 6 .93% ,硬脂酸为 2 .6 0 %。香薷籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达 90 .4 6 % ,是不饱和脂肪酸含量极高的植物油之一。
【Abstract】 Physico chemical properties and fatty acid composition of Elsholtzia Ciliata (Thunb.) Hyland seed oil were analyzed by GC. The results show that the crude fat in the seed is 42.38%,the content of linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid is 20.70%, 58.06%, 11.70%, 6.93%, 2.60% of total fatty acid in the seed oil,respectively. The content of unsaturated fatty acid is 90.46%. The result may be helpful for the further development of Elsholtzia Ciliata (Thunb.) Hyland seed.
