固体酸催化合成酯交换鱼油的研究

【摘要】 以鱼油为原料 ,采用SO2 4 /ZrO2 TiO2 固体酸作催化剂合成了酯交换鱼油。该方法克服了液体催化剂对原料和设备要求苛刻的缺陷 ,具有固体酸催化活性高 ,无三废排放 ,合成产品色泽浅 ,鱼腥味很小 ,稳定性好 ,催化剂可重复使用等优点。SO2 4 /ZrO2 TiO2 固体酸催化酯交换反应实验表明 ,鱼油与甲醇酯交换反应最佳工艺条件为 :醇油摩尔比为 4 .5∶1,催化剂用量为 2 .0 % ,反应温度为 6 5℃ ,反应时间为 5h。在此条件下合成的酯交换鱼油羟值为 138.85mg/g ,折光率 (n2 0D)为1.4 72 8,反应改性深度达到了 71.6 % (以羟值增加量计算 )。

【Abstract】 Interesterification of fish oil and methanol was studied with SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 as catalyst. Some problems about rigorous requirement of liquid catalysts on raw materials and used equipments are solved in the method. The advantages of the interesterification reaction catalyzed by solid acid SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 are that it has higher catalysis reactivity,there is no discharge released in the course of reaction,the reaction product possesses pale color,light fishy taste and desirable stability and the catalyst can be used repeatedly as well as.Solid acid SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 is a very promising kind of catalysts in omyrtrdyrtofocatopm reaction.The experiment shows that the optimum process conditions of the interesterification reaction of methanol and fish oil are as following:the molar ratio of fish oil to methanol is 4.5∶1;quality percentage of the used catalyst is 2.0%; the reaction temperature and the reaction time is 65℃ and 5 h respectively.In this conditions, the hydroxyl value of the reaction product is 138.85 mg/g,the refractive index(n20D) is 1.4728,the modified depth of the reaction is up to 71.6%(calculated by increased amount of the hydroxyl value).
